Lady Butler submitted her life to Christ at an early age and was called to the ministry in 1984. Anyone with the opportunity to listen to her share God’s Word will say that she is powerful, prophetic, and leaves no stone unturned.

Through her dynamic gifts of teaching and exhortation, she will lead you directly to the cross. Never be fooled by her stature, after hearing her you will definitely know that she is a giant in the Kingdom of God and His hand is upon her life.

Lady Butler currently serves as Church Business Administrator, President of the Women’s Ministry, and has a special burden for women and the hope that each lives a well-balanced life. A versatile entrepreneur, she is an interior decorator with a portfolio that ranges from traditional elegance to modern chic; and a multi-talented wedding coordinator.

As First Lady and Evangelist, she works beside her husband of almost 50 years and pastor, Bishop Roosevelt Butler, Jr. and is dedicated to seeing the vision for Higher Ground come to pass. She is the proud mother of three beautiful daughters: Lajuana, Toray and Deidra. They also have three son-in-laws, Michael Fogg, Charles Brown, and Drew Edmondson, one granddaughter, Gabrielle, and four grandsons, Jaden, Malakhy, Masiah, and Caleb.
